AMG Housing Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Model

AMG Housing operates structured shared housing under a membership-based model.

2. Eligibility

Housing is currently available only to unaccompanied individuals.
We do not accommodate pets, families, or children at this time.

3. Community/Admin Fee

A $200 non-refundable Community/Admin Fee is required for all new members prior to move-in. This fee covers intake processing and administrative costs.

4. Approval Required

Payment does not guarantee placement. All applicants must complete intake approval.

5. No Landlord-Tenant Relationship

Membership fees represent participation in a structured housing program and do not create a traditional landlord-tenant relationship unless otherwise specified in writing.

6. Payment Obligations

Membership fees are due according to the selected billing cycle. Failure to remain current may result in suspension or termination of membership.

7. Conduct & House Standards

Members agree to comply with all house policies, including cleanliness, respect for others, and accountability standards.

8. Termination

AMG Housing reserves the right to revoke membership for non-payment, rule violations, or disruptive behavior.

9. Refund Policy

The $200 Community/Admin Fee is non-refundable. Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
